Crusader Rugby was formed upon its Head Coach’s 20 years’
experience of community and player development with three
premiership clubs, the RFU, local rugby clubs, universities and schools.

The players are coached in fun, controlled, highly active, fully inclusive,
engaging, competitive and differentiated sessions. They are
encouraged to make decisions and find solutions for themselves,
through discovery, development and consolidation.

The school have checked and hold copies of our Public Liability
Insurance, Safeguarding Policies and Good Practice Guidelines.
The players are developed cognitively, creatively, personally, physically
and socially. The core values of respect, discipline, teamwork,
sportsmanship and enjoyment are promoted throughout.
Each Crusader Coach carries a Club Folder which contains a register (for
in and out); all medical conditions, disabilities and behavioural traits
listed (in confidence); incident and accident forms; risk assessments
and detailed club procedures from the school bell until parent/carer
collection.
