HOCKEY PROVINCIALS…
Dear community member and/or business owner,
On behalf of Elk Point Minor Hockey, we are very proud to announce that the
ELK POINT MIDGET AVALANCHE HOCKEY TEAM
Has been awarded the host town for the Midget “D” 2016-2017 Provincials,
to be held on March 23rd, 24th, 25th and 26th, 2017.
It is truly an honor to be chosen as host community for all of Alberta. The last time
Elk Point hosted provincials in hockey was in 2008. The impact on the community for the
3-4 days of the tournament was extremely positive. Due to the excellent community
support and involvement in the past provincial tournament, Elk Point Minor Hockey was
chosen again to accept the privilege of representing rural hockey for the province of
Alberta. This is something we should all be proud of!
Elk Point Minor Hockey is looking for your support to make our Midgets Provincial
dreams become a reality.
