1st ANNUAL OUTLAWS & LEGENDS MUSIC FEST- MARCH 5, 2011
ABILENE, TEXAS – The biggest one-day, one-stage Texas Music Festival event of the year comes to
Abilene to celebrate Texas Independence Day! Artists include: David Allan Coe, Stoney LaRue, Mark
Powell & Lariat, Gary P. Nunn, Larry Joe Taylor, Johnny Bush, Tommy Alverson, Bleu Edmondson, Matt
Martindale, James Lann, Jerrod Medulla, Jolie Holliday, Cody Gill Band, and a surprise guest! These
Texas Outlaws and Legends have amassed a combined 58 Billboard USA Top 100 singles (28 of those
Billboard USA Top 50 singles) and countless Texas Music chart singles since 1968! Fans will get the rare
opportunity to see many of these legendary Texas artists share the stage during the afternoon and
evening sessions. Then, from midnight to 1:00a.m., fans will get an once-in-a-lifetime “Grand Finale” set
with all the major artists on stage together!
This event is brought to you by Backporch Productions and held at Joe Allen’s Lytle Bend Ranch. Joe
Allen’s legendary Bar-B-Que will be served all day. The first 500 ticketed fans through the gate will
receive a FREE Outlaws & Legends t-shirt! Fans are encouraged to bring their own cooler (no glass),
lawn chair, and tent. The property is RV and camper friendly- no hook-ups on-site. Fans will also get the
chance to buy 20ft *15ft. Tailgate Party Packages, which will accommodate a truck, camper or tent
INSIDE the event area to use as they like, and 15 discounted tickets!
Outlaws & Legends Ticket Prices: Single tickets may be purchased on-line at
www.outhousetickets.com. Tickets may also be purchased at the following locations: any First Financial
Bank location, Abilene Plumbing Supply Co., Kent’s Harley Davidson, Joe Allen’s Bar-B-Que, or the
Abilene Convention and Visitors Bureau.
