What is the SuperLotto Plus®, Fantasy 5, and Mega Millions®
promotion?
Players that purchase the promotional combo during the promotional
period of April 11, 2016 through April 29, 2016 will receive two $1.00
SuperLotto Plus Quick Pick® plays, two $1.00 Fantasy 5 Quick Pick®
plays, two $1.00 Mega Millions Quick Pick® plays for $5.00, which is a
$1.00 savings.
What do I get when I purchase the promotional combo?
You will receive two $1.00 SuperLotto Plus Quick Pick plays, two $1.00
Fantasy 5 Quick Pick plays, two $1.00 Mega Millions Quick Pick plays for
only $5.00, a $1.00 savings.
Will my SuperLotto Plus, Fantasy 5, and Mega Millions plays
print on one ticket?
No, your two SuperLotto Plus plays, two Fantasy 5 plays, and two Mega
Millions plays will print on three separate tickets. The SuperLotto Plus
ticket will display BOTH plays for $1.00.
Will this promotion allow me to select my own numbers?
No. Players that purchase the promotional combo will only receive Quick
Pick numbers.
Why should I purchase the SuperLotto Plus, Fantasy 5, and
Mega Millions promotion?
If I am a winner, how do I claim my prize?
All prizes of $600 or more must be claimed using a Winners Claim Form
located on the Lottery’s website at http://www.calottery.com/win/
claiming-prizes. Or ask any Lottery retailer for a Winners Claim Form and
pre-addressed Lottery envelope. You may also visit a Lottery District
Office to process your Winners Claim Form. Either way, the claim process
will take at least 6-8 weeks to fulfill.

SuperLotto Plus winners have 180 days from the date of the SuperLotto
Plus draw to claim their prizes. Mega Millions winners have up to one
year from the date of the draw to claim the jackpot prize. For all other
Mega Millions prizes, winners have 180 days to claim their prize. Fantasy 5
winners have 180 days from the date of the draw to claim their prize.
Please allow up to eight weeks to receive your prize. If your address
or telephone number changes, or if you have any questions, please
contact the Lottery Customer Service Department at its toll-free number,
1-800-LOTTERY, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm PT.
How can I get a copy of the promotion’s Official Rules?

Purchasing the promotional combo allows you to purchase three games
in a single transaction and it is the only way to receive the $1.00 savings.
Can I cancel my SuperLotto Plus, Fantasy 5, or
Mega Millions wager?
When will this promotion begin and end?
SuperLotto Plus and Fantasy 5 plays can be cancelled in accordance with
California Lottery rules and regulations, but Mega Millions tickets cannot
be cancelled.
It is scheduled to begin April 11, 2016 and end on April 29, 2016.
How will I know if I’ve won?
You can check your tickets using any Check-a-Ticket machine at a retailer,
on the California Lottery website, and/or any Lottery terminal.
What are the odds of winning?
Visit the California Lottery website at www.calottery.com to review your
odds of winning for each game.
Can I purchase the promotional combo for a $1.00 savings
more than once?
YES!
How many 2nd Chance entries will I receive?
You will receive two SuperLotto Plus 2nd Chance entries. You will not
receive Fantasy 5-2nd chance entry with a purchase of this promotional
combo key; because it requires a minimum $5 purchase of Fantasy 5 plays
to participate in the Fantasy 5-2nd­chance.
What about Advance Play® tickets?
The promotional combo does not allow Advance Play.
Will the existing $3.00 Combo Key Button offering one
Powerball and one SuperLotto Plus ticket still be available
during the promotion?
