school lane ball court

SCHOOL LANE BALL COURT
Quadron’s Horticultural Development Manager, Andrew Kauffman,
helped the School Lane Residents’ Association submit a successful grant
application, and project managed, a £70k London Marathon Trust Grant
to upgrade the existing hard ball court on the estate
The new ball court dealt with major issues that had
plagued residents for many years.
The new court features

Stronger fence panels, constructed of flow forged
steel and neoprene rubber bushes, that do not
resonate when balls are kicked against them;

A net that covers the court to keep all the balls in
the court and so stops them damaging residents’
properties.
Ball court before investment
Above all, the court is a safe place where young people
can have fun on the estate, and a structure that has a 20
year guarantee so little or no future maintenance input is
required.
The transformation is complete
