Registration Report
• 2005 outdoor registration progressed better than 2004 due to the EODSA
and NCISL having a better understanding of each others requirements
• We will continue with the same process for 2006
• A request from the EODSA is to start 1 week earlier in 2006
• We will not use the EODSA player cards in 2006, instead we will continue
with the use of OSA Player ID books
Operations Report
• Year 1 of the restructuring of the men’s division was successful
• 2006 will see the final part of the restructuring
• The women’s program continues to struggle
• In 2006 we will be starting a women’s program development committee
• Our 3 cup competitions were successful with semi finals and finals played
at the OZ Optics Stadium

2006 Discipline Plans
• In 2006 we will be forming a discipline panel of 4 people
• The panel will manage all NCISL discipline

• Panel members will also volunteer for the EODSA Discipline Panel
• Panel members will receive an honorarium
Referee Report
• The EODSA performed all assignments for the NCISL in 2005
• 65 referees officiated at least 1 game in the NCISL
• 3 C1 (out of 8)
• 9 C2 (out of 12)
• 53 C3 (out of 334)
• 12 of the 65 referees graduated from the NCISL C4 clinics in the past 3
years and they officiated 21% of all NCISL games
• 11 complaints were received about game officials
Referee Development
• This year we are partnering with the RA League to offer a C4 clinic
• 4 evening sessions will be held at the RA Centre in April and May
• Information is posted on the web site
