‘Choose How You Move in Redditch’
Choose How You Move (‘Choose’) will deliver:
• Improvements to bus stops, cycle parking, underpasses, cycle/footpaths
and signage
• Transport improvements along Evesham Road
• Broadband enhancements
• Better travel information
• Improved facilities at schools and workplaces
Choose in the Workplace
Choose can help employers address transport challenges that staff may face; or simply help
employers improve the travel options available to their staff.
Choose support includes measures to encourage sustainable travel in the workplace – for example,
provision of cycle parking, or improvements to site access.
All workplaces in Redditch are invited to get involved in Choose, including:
• Single private businesses across all sectors e.g. office-based, manufacturing, warehousing, retail.
• Clusters of organisations on business parks, industrial sites and other groupings e.g. town
centre retail units.
• Colleges of Further Education and larger secondary schools that employ a significant number
of staff.
• Healthcare sites
• Tourist, leisure and visitor sites including hotels.
There are a number of benefits that involvement in Choose
can bring to employers and people travelling to their site.
