Set printing preferences for a copier
Right click on the icon for Lobby Copier 7055 (or whatever printer you want to configure) and select
Printing Preferences
For Output Method, select Store
You will be prompted to continue to set the details – Click Yes
Select the mailbox number where you want to send your documents (mailbox 7 shown in the example
below)
Click Apply and Ok
