The SEBD cohort is our largest cohort of pupils within school. The difference between the full time pupils is less than 1 points of progress. The gap between part time pupils is slightly bigger and this is something we will focus on as a school. Pupil premium pupils within the SLD and ASD groups are achieving in comparison or better than those of their peers however the amount of pupils in that cohort is low. SLD pupils progress is lower however the needs of these pupils is so vast that it takes a long time for these pupils to achieve the such. These pupils have made lots of progress in other areas such as social skills. Non-White British V White British pupils Ethnicity Number of pupils-full Av. Points progress Number of pupils- part Av. There is not a major difference between girls and boys (although we have a small number of girls to make a comparison) Percentages of pupils premium pupils achieving 3.6 (national average) are higher or very similar to those of their peers. Aspects needing to be improved To narrow the gap of pupils within the SEBD cohort To narrow the gap between pupil premium and whole school. Without those pupils, Non PP pupils would have achieved more than PP pupils. Pupils joining throughout the year have been difficult to assess accurately initially, with either exaggerated levels from previous schools or low level initial levels recorded on entry to Woodlands followed by a larger than average rise as they settle into school.
