How to redeem mi Green Points?
1. Request the amount of accumulated green points by visiting any of our branches, calling
our Call Center at 800-7500 or from your cellphone at 306-7500 or sending an email to the
following address:

2. Once you have the information of the points you have, write an email to
[email protected] and request the price of your preference: (a) gift
certificate, (b) credit to your Banvivienda credit card, or (c) credit to savings/current
account that you have in Banvivienda.
3. Also you can make your request by calling our Call Center to the phone number 800-7500
or 306-500from your cellphone. Remember to indicate in which of our 12 branches you will
be requesting your gift certificate.
4. The gift certificates can be requested in the branch of your choosing at the fifth (5)
business day after the request is made if it is in the Metro area. If it is in branches in the
interior, it will be at the seventh (7) business day.

How to travel with my green points?
In order to travel with your Green Points call or visit our participating travel agencies: Columbia
tours, Pesantez Tours or Carlson Wagonlitt Travel and request the package value or flight
corresponding flight to the destination and dates preferred.
Afterwards, request to Banvivienda de amount of points that you have and verify that this value
covers the value of the package offered by the selected. Travel Agency. If you do not have enough
points to cover the package value, you will have to pay the difference directly to the Travel
Agency.
Request the preparation of the redemption certificate through our Green Points email address:
[email protected], and also indicate the Banvivienda branch in which you desire to
remove it.
It is important that you sign the redemption certificate when you are going to present it to the
selected commerce to make it effective.

*The gift certificates must be used for their entire value. In case the acquired merchandise has a
value less than the amount of the certificate, the commerce can act according to their active
policy, either by giving a letter of credit or giving a new certificate by the difference.
** If the purchase to perform exceed the amount of the certificate, the client will pay the
difference directly to the commerce.
***The certificates expire 90 calendar days from the issuance date.
****Banvivienda will not be responsible for the quality, good condition or functioning of the
products or services acquired by the cardholder with the gift certificate of our program
+GreenPoints. Any claim or dispute will be resolved directly between the cardholder and the
acquired product or service provider.
