Remove tail light lens, unplug stock turn signals from tail light
Remove factory fender strut cover (one side at a time). Remove factory turn signals
Re-install factory strut cover with Upper bag rail. Install one short spacer in front location and one long spacer in rear location using 5/1618 x2 ½ CAD bolts supplied with kit for bikes without detachable sissy bars. Bikes with detachable sissy bars must use HD docking hardware
instead of the supplied spacers in the kit. See Figure 1
Remove Left Side passenger foot peg bracket, if equipped or plastic plugs if no pegs are present. Lower Rail support brackets will be
marked right and left. Install using 3/8-16 x 2 ¼ CAD bolts. To retain Rear foot peg, it will be necessary to purchase foot peg clevis
(DS253492) from drag or its equivalent. See Figure 2.
Remove the Right Side Master Cylinder and install the Baggertail RH Lower Support Bracket between the Master Cylinder and the stock
mounting bracket as shown in Figure 3 using the 3/8-16 x 2 ¼ CAD bolts as shown.
NOTE: On models equipped with Rear passenger Foot Pegs, you will need to cut the RH Rear Foot Peg mount as shown in Figure 4.

Install lower bag rail (marked L & R) to bag support (on inside of bag rail support) with 5/16-18 x 1” Flange Bolt and nut supplied in kit
ensuring both rails are horizontal and level. See Figure 5 .
Rear section of lower bag rail attaches to the rear of the upper bag rail with 5/16-18 x 1” Flange bolts and nuts. See Figure 6.
Lift motorcycle so weight is off the rear of the bike. Remove upper shock bolt and remove and discard chrome cover. Install the stepped
bail stud bracket (Z shaped) to the upper shock bolt and reuse stock hardware. See Figure 7. Leave fastener loose to adjust for bag
fitment. Install rear U bracket in rear hole with ¼-20 x ¾ Flange bolt and nut. Leave loose for fitment. The U brackets are 360 degree
adjustable to fit saddlebag alignment. See Figure 8. Install bail head receptacle on both U bracket and stepped bail head bracket as seen
in Figure 9.
Repeat steps 1-7 on the opposite side.
Install Cross over support on rear of saddle Bag upper rail with 5/16-18 x 1” flange bolts and nuts. See Figure 10.
Install saddlebags with bail head fasteners and 5/16 x 1 ¼ Fender Washers from the inside of the bag. Adjust the U brackets and the
stepped bail stud bracket (Z shaped) for fit. Tighten all brackets.
Figure 11 shows the correct installation of Bagster Saddlebag mount kit.

Cycle Visions’ obligation under “Our Warranty Policy” is limited to one (1) year from date of purchase to repair or replacement of the defective item (s). Chrome, polished, powder-coated, anodized
finishes, or electrical parts are limited to thirty (30) day from date of purchase.
This warranty will be void on all products that show evidence of misapplication, improper installation, abuse, lack of proper maintenance, negligence, or alteration from their original design.
The consumer will be responsible for removing from the vehicle any defective item (s), transportation costs prepaid and for reinstallation upon return by Cycle Visions. The loss of use of the product, loss
of time, inconvenience, commercial loss or consequential damages is not covered. Cycle Visions reserves the right to change the design of any product without assuming any obligation to modify any
product previously manufactured. Warranty returns of Cycle Visions products are few because of our high quality products.
Carefully inspect all parts…. If you find that your parts arrived in damaged conditional all original packaging material (box and other materials) must be saved to make a proper damage claim within seven
(7) days. You must be able to present the damaged boxes and materials to the freight carrier to verify your claim. The user shall assume all legal, personal, injury risk and liability and all other obligations,
duties and risks associated therewith.
