Clip Box Tops to help CMMS PTO! TURN IN AT LEAST 10 BOX TOPS to get your name
entered into the raffle. Every additional 10 Box Tops earns an another raffle entry. All
Box Tops must be submitted by Wednesday, October 26th in an envelope or
zip-lock baggie labeled with “Box Tops”, the student’s name, and the advisory
teacher’s name. NO EXPIRED BOX TOPS WILL BE ACCEPTED. The raffle prizes are:
