Thank you for considering a sponsorship of our 11th Annual Swim-A-Thon. The event this year will be
held Saturday, September 18th, 2010 at Centennial High School in Corona. Circle City Aquatics is a
USA year-round competitive swim team based in Corona, CA, offering high quality, professional
coaching & swim instruction for all ages & abilities.
On behalf of CCAQ, we are writing to request a gift, contribution, or sponsorship from your
establishment for our Swim-A-Thon®. This is a fun annual event in which the swimmers raise money
to help better the team by supplementing the costs of equipment, facilities fees and other related
expenses. The students participate by swimming as many laps, 200 max., as they can in a 2-hour period.
The young fundraisers are then rewarded for accomplishing their fundraising goals with wonderful
prizes supplied by local merchants such as you. Prizes are the driving force behind our students’
motivation and have been the key to making this event so successful for over 10 years.
