Board Motor Engines (40-Hp, Long Shaft) for PDMA, Punjab’s Boats Fleet, from GST/ Income

2. Tender Documents along with Qualification, Evaluation Criteria and Standardized
Specifications of OBMs are available at PPRA’s website, and can also be obtained from
the undersigned’s office, during the office hours.
3. Demand Draft worth Rs.2,000/- in the name of Director General, PDMA, on account of
price of Tender Documents/processing fee, must accompany with Technical Bid.
4. One OBM (40-Hp Long Shaft) as sample (returnable) shall must be deposited on or
before closing date and receipt to this effect must attach with Technical Bid.
5. Financial Proposal with Bid money @ Rs.750,000/- (which is less than 5% of the
estimated cost) in the shape of CDR/DD in the name of Director General, PDMA.
6. Sealed Bid (Both Technical & Financial Proposals), completed in all respect must be
reached/dropped in the Tender Box, placed at reception of the PDMA office, 40/A,
Lawrence Road, Lahore on or before the last date of submission i.e. 27.07.2017 at 02.00
PM.
7. Technical Bids shall be opened on the same date at 02.30 P.M i.e. after 30-Minutes of
closing time, in the presence of interested authorized representatives of the bidders.
8. Bids which are incomplete, not sealed, or late or submitted by other than specified
manner shall be returned un-opened.
9. Financial Proposals of only those vendors/firms shall be opened who will be
technically qualified under this process.
10. The Purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject all bids, and to annul the bidding
process at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the
Bidder or bidders or any obligation to inform the Bidder or bidders of the grounds for the
Purchaser’s action.
