CTM Release Notes 7.0.0
1 CTM Release notes 7.0.0
This document describes the version 7.0.0 of CTM.
None of the current features or changes in this release has any impact on the pre-existing
functionality if not mentioned explicitly in this release notes, any training may thus be done postrelease, if desired.
1.1
New look of CTM
CTM has changed costume with a new look.
In the top menu there are direct links to common areas and profile information. On the left there are
links to main page, list of tenders (C), CTM Inbox and a drop-down with other quick-links. To the right
there is Company administration (A), User administration (B), Help and Log Out.
Important note, no buttons or links have changed places (if not described explicitly), which means
that you will have no trouble finding the functionality where it used to be.
1.1.1 Brandings
In CTM we have had the possibility for a logo at the top left after logged in, this possibility has now
been removed. It is possible to have a name written at the top left (where it says CTM) per branding.
As the administrator you always have the possibility to upload a company logo type in the
administration.
In this first change of costume the default colour is blue, it will be possible for later versions of CTM
to define your own colour scheme.
1.2
Multiple emails allowed for suppliers as copy-of invitation
The supplier has the possibility to enter an email address in the company profile to where are
invitations to a tender emails should be copied to. This field has now been extended to support
multiple email addresses.

Transfer of suppliers from TransQ and Sellicha are also adjusted to support receiving multiple email
addresses in this field.
1.3
Additional warning when deleting a user
Additional warning when an administrator is deleting/deactivating a user in CTM. The administrator
gets an overview of the tender or contracts the user is the owner of and can therefore see which he
has to change owner for.
The administrator can click the user’s name and all items will be shown in a list.
1.4
Password rules available per company
CTM have had password rules configuration possibilities for a group of companies or a whole
installation, this possibility is now available for each administrator in a company (authority or
supplier) to manage. The rules will be enforced to all users within the company and apply from the
next time they log in to CTM.

The rules are shown above and the instructions in the page are describing every item. In the
inherited from column, you will see if you configured on Company level or if it has been inherited.
The password rules are available from company administration main page.
NO responsibility whatsoever will be taken by the provider of CTM (EU-Supply), if any
authority/supplier (user of the system) changes the password rules for their company to less secure
than standard determined presently.
1.5
Tender award removed from contract checklist
The possibility to publish an award for a tender has been removed from the contract checklist.
Publications regarding tender award is available from the tender checklist.
1.6
Supplier organization number shown at tender response submission
When supplier is submitting a tender response, the organization number and legal name of the
supplier is shown. The purpose of this additional display is to alert the suppliers of the organization
they are submitting the response for. The name and organization is fetched from the supplier profile.

1.7
Disable broadcast flag for sent messages
In messaging within a tender, sometimes the authority makes mistakes and do not want to broadcast
the sent message to new suppliers coming in. An example is that it is broadcasted, but the message is
not really relevant for new suppliers coming in after the message is sent. For those cases, it is now
possible to disable the broadcasted flag. The suppliers who already received the message (regardless
if they read it or not) will still have the message, but it will not be sent to any more suppliers.
