We are conducting an exciting fundraiser based on the National Football League to benefit St. Anselm
Parish. Football Mania is a unique sweepstakes. Sweepstakes participants can win $1,000s in prize money
based on the results of the football teams printed on the back of their sweepstakes game card. Game
cards contain 3 random teams in each of the 17 weeks of the professional football season. To play the
game, participants simply add up the points scored by the 3 teams printed on their cards in a given
week. Each week, the 8 highest scoring cards, and the 3 lowest scoring cards, win prizes! If your card’s
teams score more total points than any other card, then you win the top prize for that week!
Buy 1 card for $20 and play 17 weeks of the NFL season, beginning September 4, 2014. For more

Weekly and Grand Prizes are based on the sum of game scores totaled by the teams on
the card. Prizes are awarded weekly and at the end of the season to the cards whose
teams score the most and lowest game score totals.

Our Parish is joining with St. Pius X Parish in Broomall to sell these tickets. To get a card or cards, you
must use an order form. ONE FORM PER CARD ORDERED. Return the order form or forms with the
$20 per card fee and we will see that you get your cards. You can return your forms and money at the
Parish Center, in the weekend collection basket, or by mail.
