calling all pokémasters! - Phorms Frankfurt Taunus

CALLING ALL POKÉMASTERS!
There has been a phenomenon sweeping across the world these past few months, and in case you’ve
been living under a rock (or are a Luddite) it is POKÉMON GO! In case you are unfamiliar with this
App, it is a game designed to catch Pokémon (‘’Pocket Monsters’’) using a smart phone. It also
requires you to WALK!! (Gasp!, a fun video game that requires exercise?) Most of you have probably
seen (or maybe even played) this game, and can see how hugely popular it has become since it was
released a few months ago.
As this has become such a huge hit, I have decided to offer a holiday camp to our older children to
fully experience Pokémon Go with their friends and me, Mr. T. In this week of camp, our group will
be travelling into the city of Frankfurt (and surrounding regions) everyday to catch as many Pokémon
as possible, take over Gyms, and gain some serious levels in the game. This will require a lot of
walking, so make sure your kids bring good shoes! If your child plays (or wants to start playing)
Pokémon Go, this is THE camp to send them to. Also, we will be eating at restaurants every day (no
more 5 days of packed lunches!)
Every day will start out with watching Pokémon episodes (from episode 1!) before heading into the
city around 10:00. We’ll get lunch when we get hungry, and we’ll be back to the school around 16:45
every day, leaving enough time for one more Pokémon episode :-)
As an additional bonus, Mr. Trueman will be taking the children on a guided tour of the city of
Frankfurt. Mr. Trueman has been a professional tour guide with a top rated company for the past 5
years, and will be sure to show your children a new side of their city and teach them all about the
history of the area!
In order to come to this camp, ideally your child will bring:
