IMPORTANT NOTES!!
SAFETY: Cleats are not allowed for indoor games (indoor soccer shoes or sneakers only). All players must be safely
equipped. Any players not equipped properly will not be permitted to participate. Under no circumstances will any jewelry or
hard hair clips/bands be permitted. Any casts or hard braces must be properly padded.
Shin guards are required. The final decision on any player safety issues shall be made by the referee.
FIELD HOUSE ACCESS: All fields will be clearly marked. U9-U11 teams playing indoors on Field House 2 should walk
down the hall and enter
Staples Field House at the opposite end of Field House 1.
Please do walk behind the goals to get from one Field to the next! This is dangerous and is disruptive to the players
on the field.
JERSEY COLORS: Westport’s home jersey color is white. Please plan accordingly. The home team is listed first.
AWARDS & TOURNAMENT TROPHIES: Trophies are awarded to U11 Champions at the end of their final match. The winning team should proceed to the cafeteria area for their awards and team photo.
PARTICIPATION TROPHIES:
All U9 and U10 players receive a
participation award at the end of the
final game as noted in schedule.
Teams can receive their awards
and have team photos taken in the
cafeteria area.
