do pass this section of the application, you will then be scheduled to have a voice interview. Remember,

General Questions
This section presents a number of questions to assess your general work skills and motivation. Please
answer honestly.
What is your motivation to become a Last Chaos GM or Mod and what are your expectations of the
role?

Please provide an example of when you have dealt with a heavy workload and how you prioritized
tasks to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
Answer:
GMs and Mods must never reveal the name of their personal character to anyone. When a
community discovers a GM’s personal character they may accuse you of cheating, of providing
hacked benefits for your Guild and all of its members, and players may begin to ask you for support
on your off-duty play time. If a friend / Guild mate discovered your role as a GM/Mod and began
telling people about it, how would you handle the situation?

Forum Moderation Scenarios
In this section we’ll present a number of real-life scenarios as experienced in the forum. Whether you
are applying for GM or Mod, these general scenarios could apply to you. Briefly describe how you
would deal with each.
You send a Private Message to a forum user whose signature does not conform to the forum rules.
You receive the following response: “Good thing you're around to focus on nonsense while PlayerX
has been exploiting PvP and making fun of my mom. You're a hero. Thanks for ruining my lovely
sig.” What do you do?
