In a 10 yard square with one player between
each cone one ball
• Ball is passed between the gray players
• Ball is passed between orange players
• Now ball is passed to any player

Coach is added into the middle of the area
Players try to keep the ball away

•Timing – have players hold the ball at
their feet and invite pressure
•Timing- Goalkeeper on using their
hands coach either roll or put ball at
feet and wait based on pressure
Have 1 player be the goalkeeper and they can
use their hands or feet
The player that is opposite to the player on the
ball comes into the area
Now play all inside the area

and one central
Wide zones are 3 yards in from the edge of
the penalty area
Cones are marked out where the wide
players make the central diamonds
