Season Ticket Holder Policies and Procedures
The opportunity to purchase or renew season tickets and priority seating is not a property right, but rather
a license that may be revoked by the Orlando Solar Bears at any time, at the sole discretion of the
Orlando Solar Bears, and in years when the Orlando Solar Bears do not conduct a formal priority points
based re-seating, renewal is generally offered to season ticket and priority seating holders for the same
seating that was held the previous year.
The Orlando Solar Bears own and control all rights to season ticket locations for the Orlando Solar Bears
Hockey home games. Purchasers of season tickets obtain a license, in the form of a ticket, to use the
seat location designated by the ticket for that particular game. The license may be revoked by the
Orlando Solar Bears at any time upon refunding the purchase price printed on the ticket. The license is
granted on a game-by-game basis and is subject to all rules, regulations and policies relating to tickets as
established by the Orlando Solar Bears and the Amway Center. Tickets that are not obtained through the
Orlando Solar Bears or the Amway Center Box Office are purchased at your own risk. Anyone presenting
a stolen or counterfeit ticket is subject to ejection from the Amway Center and arrest for possession of
stolen property.
Season Ticket Holders Information
All season ticket sales are final and no refunds or exchanges will be made. Season ticket accounts
cannot be split amongst more than one individual or company. The Orlando Solar Bears suggest that you
detach the proper ticket for the game you are attending and leave all remaining tickets at home, and that
you carefully read the disclaimer on the back of your tickets [disclaimer can be viewed below]. Tickets
obtained from sources other than the Orlando Solar Bears or their authorized agents may well be tickets
that have been reported lost or stolen, or have been illegally resold, and in such cases will not be
honored.
Season Ticket Renewals In Future Years
Season ticket sales in future seasons are subject to any changes, limitations, and/or deadlines that The
Orlando Solar Bears may adopt. The purchase of season tickets does not entitle a season
ticket holder to purchase season tickets in any subsequent year. Without in any way limiting its rights, The
Orlando Solar Bears expressly reserves the right to (1) change season ticket policies and prices at any
time and for any reason; (2) apply changes differently to different persons or entities, including without
limitation persons who are engaged in reselling tickets (whether licensed to do so or not); and (3) charge
an administrative fee in connection with any approved change in season ticket holder account
information; and (4) refuse to sell future season tickets to any individual or entity, including, but not limited
to, individuals or entities that:
Fail to comply with any applicable payment deadline or other
condition or restriction, whether in effect at present or in the
future;
Resell tickets to third parties (whether licensed to do so or not);
Engage in a dispute relating to the identity of the season ticket
holder of record;
Engage in improper conduct, including but not limited to,
processing any of the prohibited items or engaging in any
prohibited conduct OR
Permit use of their ticket(s) by an individual who engages in
improper conduct, including but not limited to, possessing any of
the prohibited items or engaging in any of the prohibited
conduct described below.
Behavior Policy/Prohibited Conduct
The Orlando Solar Bears strictly prohibit and will not tolerate inappropriate behavior. The following
behavior, which is cause for ejection and loss of season ticket privileges, and may be cause for arrest and
prosecution; this list is not all inclusive.
Selling or otherwise distributing alcoholic beverages or any
other drug or intoxicant;
Entering upon the playing field;
Loitering in the aisles;
Engaging in rowdy, profane, abusive, inconsiderate, drunken, or
other inappropriate behavior;
Reselling tickets to third parties;
Causing property damage.

Ticket Sales Office at 407-951-8200. Tickets are based on availability.
Time Changes
Dates and times of all games are subject to change. However, when changes are made, The Orlando
Solar Bears will make every effort to notify all season ticket holders of these changes. It is the
responsibility of the season ticket holder to notify the recipient(s) of his/her game ticket(s) of any game
time or date changes.
Upgrade Policy
During the season you will receive your renewal statement, at which time you may request an upgrade or
change of seat location. If there is an opportunity to offer you a seat location change, you will be
contacted by the Orlando Solar Bears Ticket Sales office. No changes will be made to season ticket seat
locations without authorization from the season ticket holder. All upgrades are based on availability.
Season Ticket Account Address Changes
It is the responsibility of the season ticket holder to notify the Orlando Solar Bears ticket office with any
address and/or corresponding phone number changes. These requests need to be made in writing and
they must include the account holder’s signature. If the tickets are in a business name, the request should
be submitted on company letterhead and signed by the appropriate official. No changes will be accepted
over the telephone.
Season Ticket Holder of Record
The first name on the account signifies the owner of the tickets. Any other name on the account will not
be recognized as the season ticket holder. Season ticket accounts are non-transferable, except to
immediate family (proof of association may be required).
Corporate accounts are held in the name of the relevant corporation - though each account may have a
listed contact person the corporation is the account holder of record. In the event a corporation wishes to
transfer ownership of its account to a private individual, a senior executive must provide written approval.
For all accounts, and regardless of what people or companies are named on any given account, all
decisions by the Orlando Solar Bears ticket office as to the account holder of record for the account shall
be final.
Season Ticket Renewal
Season tickets and their renewal privileges are extended at the discretion of the Orlando Solar Bears and
are governed by the Policies and Procedures Statement. The Orlando Solar Bears reserve the right to
change these policies at any time. Violation of any of the Orlando Solar Bears ticket policies may result in
the cancellation of all season ticket privileges.
Resale of Tickets
Any direct or indirect sale, resale, auction, assignment or transfer (collectively, “resale”) must
be done in
accordance with applicable law. Any resale in violation of applicable law will constitute a material breach
of this license.
Refunds or Exchanges
All payments received for season tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Transfer Policy
The Orlando Solar Bears generally recognize two exceptions to the above policy. First, the Orlando Solar
Bears will generally allow season tickets to be transferred to members of the season ticket holder’s
immediate family upon the death of the season ticket holder. Immediate family shall be defined as a
person’s spouse and relatives by birth or marriage including
siblings, parents, children, in-laws, and any
financial dependents. A request to transfer season ticket privileges to an immediate family member of a
deceased season ticket holder must be submitted to the Orlando Solar Bears in writing by the deceased’s
personal representative or other authorized representative, and must be supported by appropriate
documentation satisfactory to the Orlando Solar Bears. Such documentation may include but not be
limited to death certificate, probate and/or trust documents, and proof of relationship.
In order to transfer a season ticket account, please contact the Orlando Solar Bears Ticket Office and
request an account transfer form. Provide the requested materials (which may include a copy of a death
certificate, in the event the account holder of record is deceased) and proof of relationship (birth
certificate, marriage license, adoption papers) between the existing account holder of record and the new
account holder. The Orlando Solar Bears reserve the right to deny a transfer at their sole discretion.
Second, if the season ticket holder is an entity, the Orlando Solar Bears will generally allow season
tickets to be transferred upon the sale or dissolution of an entity. A request to transfer season ticket
privileges of an entity account must be submitted to the Orlando Solar Bears in writing by the contact
person for the account, and must be supported by appropriate documentation satisfactory to the Orlando
Solar Bears. Such documentation may include but not be limited to corporate resolution, asset or stock
purchase agreement, and dissolution papers. The Orlando Solar Bears reserves the right to approve or
reject any such requests at their sole and absolute discretion.
Purchase From Year to Year [Renewal]
Neither a Season Ticket Account, nor the opportunity to purchase a Season Ticket Account from year-toyear, constitutes any form of legal or equitable right, including without limitation an express or implied
contract, lease, option, right of first refusal, implied trust, or expectancy interest. There is no automatic
right to purchase a Season Ticket Account from year-to-year, nor is there any guarantee that this privilege
will be offered or granted by The Orlando Solar Bears.
Deposits for the 2014-15 Season
Deposits received prior to August 1, 2014 are refundable and non-transferable and may be combined
with another deposit. A deposit represents a commitment to purchase a full season ticket package for the
2014-15 season. Failure to purchase a 2014-15 full ticket package by October 1, 2014 will result in the
deposit staying on the account and loss of your priority. Deposits are no longer refundable once seat(s)

Amway Center Box Office Location/Hours
The Amway Center box office is located at 400 W Church St #200 Orlando, Florida 32801. Short-term (15
minutes) parking is available in front of the box office on Church Street except during events. The Amway
Center box office does not take ticket orders over the phone. The office is open 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.,
Monday-Friday and 3 hours prior to any event.
Lost/Forgotten/Stolen tickets
Season ticket holders: In the event season tickets are lost or forgotten, the Orlando Solar Bears will make
a best effort to reprint the tickets provided the following information can be confirmed: that the original
tickets have not entered the facility and that it is the account holder of record initiating the request. If the
tickets have been used and are already inside the facility, the customer will be required to purchase new
tickets, subject to availability. Please remember that tickets are like cash and should be kept in a safe
place.
Reselling Tickets
The unauthorized resale of tickets in, on or around the Amway Center property is not permitted under any
circumstance and is prohibited by law. Any such violation will be addressed appropriately by the Orlando
Solar Bears, their affiliates and the Police Department. People caught selling tickets in violation of the law
may have their tickets and their right to future tickets to the Orlando Solar Bears revoked. To avoid using
counterfeit or stolen tickets, please purchase tickets through authorized ticket outlets only.
Ticket Exchange Nights for Season Ticket Holders
Unused season tickets can be traded in for pre-selected Orlando Solar Bears games. Season ticket
holders will be notified of these pre-selected games prior to the start of the season.
Ticket Requirements
All fans entering the Amway Center must have a ticket, except for those fans under 24 months of age.
Any child under 24 months must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult.
Will Call
Will Call is located at the Amway Center box office off of Church Street. Tickets purchased on
http://www.ticketmaster.com/Orlando-Solar-Bears-tickets/artist/806642?list_view=1 can be picked up
at the Amway Center Box Office. The Amway Center Box Office opens approximately three hours prior to
the start of each event. Fans who need to claim their tickets from will call must present valid photo I.D.,
and if required, the credit card used to make the original transaction. Will call tickets can only be released
to the party whose name appears as part of the original ticket order/transaction. Fans who wish to leave
tickets at will call for friends, family or clients may do so at their own risk. Fans will be required to fill out a
third-party will call envelope and include tickets. The Orlando Solar Bears does not assume any
responsibility for any unclaimed third-party will call tickets. Fans are advised to claim their will call tickets
as early as possible. Will call lines can become more congested approximately 30 minutes prior to each
home game.
Back of Ticket Disclaimer:
This ticket is a revocable license. The violation of any of the terms and conditions will automatically
terminate this license. This ticket solely entitles the holder to the seat at the event described and is
subject to all applicable requirements and conditions imposed by law and by the rules and regulations of
the Orlando Solar Bears. The foregoing license granted by this ticket is further subject to the following
conditions: Management reserves the right, with or without refunding the face price of the ticket and
applicable fees, to revoke the license, to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed
to be disorderly, disruptive, and unruly, who uses abusive language or fails to comply with the terms and
conditions hereof. No Refund, no reentry. This ticket cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed, and
is valid only for the event and seat for which it is issued. This ticket is not transferable or redeemable for
cash. Reproduction of this ticket is not permitted. Unless indicated otherwise, price includes all applicable
sales and use taxes and/or cash discounts (if available). Unauthorized or unlawful resale or attempted
resale is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Management reserves the ri ght,
without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission or to eject any person
who fails to comply with the rules of the venue and all applicable laws. Management reserves the right to
determine where the ticket user may sit. In accordance with venue rules and regulations, umbrellas, cans,
bottles, chests, containers, alcoholic beverages, and illegal drugs will not be permitted inside the
premises. The ticket user consents to a reasonable search for such items. This ticket i s absolutely nonrefundable and non-exchangeable. Ticket user recognizes and voluntarily assumes all risk and danger of
personal injury and all other hazards arising from or related in any way to the event for which this ticket is
issued, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the actual event. Ticket purchaser bears all
risks of inclement weather. This ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests and
sweepstakes) or other trade purposes without the express written consent of the Orlando Solar Bears.
Ticket user consents to his/her image or likeness incidental to any video display, transmission or
recording of the event by venue or the Orlando Solar Bears. The use of camera, video or audio recording
equipment is prohibited unless otherwise indicated by the venue or the Orlando Solar Bears. Avoid
littering, please respect the venue and environment.
