Cavy 101 - Great for the new cavy owner. Housing, feed and general care of the cavy.
Judging and Breeds - How do you determine which is the best animal? This session includes an overview of each
breed.
Cavy Fun - Learn about fun activities you can do with your cavy – Cavy Agility, anyone? Learn how to decorate your
cavy’s cage for fun and safety. And much more!
Cavy Diseases – How do you treat a sick pig? What do you have at hand that will help?

Table Writing – Step up your show experience and learn to table-write!

Oral Reasons – I give credit to 1 for having good bone, but I place 3 over 1 because of overall type. Huh? What does
that mean? You will learn!

Rabbit Classes – One series for experienced showman, and one for those with little experience
Rabbit Showmanship – bring your rabbit for handling practice!
Rabbit Illness & Disease – How do you know your rabbit is sick? What kinds of things do you have already
that are safe for your rabbit?
Rabbit Judging – The judging competition at Fair often leaves some shaking in their shoes. Learn what it is all about so
you feel confident!
Rabbit Jeopardy – An interactive rabbit knowledge game based on Jeopardy!
Rabbit Necropsy - Explore the insides of a rabbit. Not gross, no blood.
Novice and Cloverbud classes
Rabbit 101 - This session is great for the new rabbit owner. We will cover housing, feed and general care of the rabbit.
Rabbit Showmanship – bring your rabbit for handling practice! Nervous about your first or second show?
This class will help with the butterflies!
The 4-H Spirit! – All about 4-H and what it can mean to you for your whole life!

series. Cloverbud/Novice, 1, 2, 3rd year member, 4th and up year member. If your member is
experienced beyond their age group, please contact Laura Vallieres at [email protected]
Cloverbud classes end early, as a full day is a lot for a child of their age. If your Cloverbud can handle
additional classes, we can find a spot for them.
