Our Guest Service Agents work in a fast-paced lobby and face new challenges every day, while carrying out duties that include: welcoming and registering guests, making and modifying reservations, maintaining and stocking the lobby, and continuously communicating room information to other team members. They multi-task all the time, are detail-oriented and are excellent problem solvers.
