This is How You Play Defense in
Field Lacrosse

Ding! That is a shot in Field Lacrosse.
Materials
First you need shoulder pads, arm pads,
lacrosse gloves, a helmet, a stick, cleats
and shorts.
Then you need to get dressed with the
lacrosse pads.
What Position
Now I am going to tell you how to play
defense.
Step 1
Okay if you are going to play defense you
have to go to a lacrosse field.
Step 2
If you are going to play defense you have to
go to the line in front of the goalie.
Step 3
Now a person playing defense has to keep the
other team away from the goalie. But you
can’t slash or trip someone on the other
team and you can’t hit the face mask or you
will serve some time in the penalty box.
How to Hit the Right Way
First you wait until the other team comes
down the field. Then get ready to hit his
glove’s or his stick, but the player has to
have the ball.
