piece (the “Game Piece”) while supplies last, through either the Birthday Ticket Blaster, as detailed in Rule 6A,
or Without Purchase, as detailed in Rule 5B. The methods described in Rules 5A and 5B are the only legitimate
channels (the “Legitimate Channels”) for obtaining Game Pieces. A person who obtains a Game Piece through
Legitimate Channels is a “Participant.” Potential winning game pieces are distributed on a generally random
basis across the universe of Game Pieces.
A.
Birthday Ticket Blaster: While supplies last, each reserved birthday party receives one Ticket
Blaster experience for the birthday boy or girl who is the subject of the reservation (“Ticket Blaster
Participant”). For each reserved birthday party Ticket Blaster experience, the Ticket Blaster will
contain one (1) Game Piece. The Ticket Blaster Participant (this right to enter cannot be transferred
to another person) will enter the Ticket Blaster for an opportunity to grab a Game Piece during the 30
second time in which the Ticket Blaster’s fans are operating. If the Ticket Blaster Participant fails to
grab a Game Piece, the Game Piece will be given to him or her.
B.
Without Purchase (alternate method of entry "AMOE"): While supplies last, a Game Piece
can be requested without reserving a birthday party at a participating Chuck E. Cheese’s by mailing
a legibly handwritten, self-addressed, stamped envelope ("SASE") with sufficient postage and a return
address, including first and last name, street address, city, state, and ZIP or postal code to: 2016 Chuck
E. Cheese’s “Golden Ticket” Scratchoff Game at Chuck E. Cheese’s Game Piece Request, P.O. Box 1085,
Battle Creek MI 49016. DO NOT SEND ANY WINNING GAME PIECES, COMMENTS OR QUESTIONS TO

the upper left hand corner that matches the requestor's street address, and must be postmarked no
sooner than April 1, 2016, must be postmarked no later than September 30, 2016, and must be
received by Sponsor no later than October 14, 2016. Each request must be mailed in a separate
stamped outer mailing envelope. Requests that are sent in business reply envelopes that utilize
address labels or stickers (for any address), that are photocopied, hand-stamped, computer-generated
or otherwise mechanically or digitally produced or reproduced, that are not mailed in separate outer
