Insurance is a requirement for Visa’s; the Insurance included in your package is valid for ski package only. This can be extended to cover

Payment Policy:
Non-refundable deposit of Land: R5000.00 per person is required within 3days of booking. Failure in receiving the deposit will result in
automatic cancellation of reservation. Completed booking forms are needed before we are able to secure reservation.
Any Published airfare that are outside our allocation will have to be paid in full, on booking, in order for us to issue tickets and hold confirmed
seats and price.
VISA REQUIREMENTS - CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18
Please note that it is the exclusive duty of all passengers to comply with South African visa regulations in general and in particular
regarding children and the latest information can be obtained form the South African department of home affairs.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS (‘T&C’):
All enquiries and business conducted with Pure Tours (‘Pure’) are done subject to the Pure’s Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale
(‘T&C’), a copy of which is available on request or can be found on the Supplier’s website www.pureskiing.co.za . Every enquirer and
person engaging in a transaction with Pure is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the T&C. If any enquirer or
person engaging in a transaction or contemplating to do so has any misapprehension about such transaction or the implications thereof,
such enquirer or person must contact Pure in person, telephonically or via e-mail indicating the misapprehension and requesting an
explanation in terms of the Consumer Protection Act, Act 13/2008. Once a booking is made, it means that if the enquirer had any such
misapprehension it has been explained to his/her satisfaction, onerous clauses have been brought to his/her attention & abnormal and
dangerous risks have been explained to him/her’.
DEPOSIT & RATE OF EXCHANGE (‘ROE’): Note that payment of the deposit DOES NOT secure the rate of exchange



Pure requires a R5000 (Five Thousand Rand) deposit per passenger to secure the package.
Payment of this deposit does not secure the ROE - the latter can ONLY be guaranteed if the Client pays the cost of the total package
in full at time of booking.
Failing that Pure will recalculate the cost of the total package (including the deposit) at time of full payment and advise the
Client of the balance due for the total package based on that days ROE.
PROTECTION OF PRIVATE INFORMATION & DIRECT MARKETING:
I the undersigned (‘the Client’) hereby give my voluntary, specific and informed consent that Pure may:



process my personal information (both terms as defined in the Protection of Personal Information Act, act 4 of 2013 [‘the POPI’]),
which processing includes amongst others the ‘collecting, storing and dissemination’ of my personal information (as defined in POPI);
share my personal information with third parties who provide services and products ancillary to the products and services I have
obtained and will obtain from Pure;
approach me with business opportunities, promotional events, special offers and sales pertaining to any merchandise that Pure may
be selling or promoting at the time, which approach may be by direct marketing (as defined in the POPI) or otherwise;
I the undersigned furthermore warrant that such information is accurate, relevant, up to date and complete and I undertake to advise Pure
forthwith and in writing of any material change of such information
The parties agree that:



The consent will remain of full force and effect until withdrawn in writing by the Client;
The Client may withdraw or qualify such consent by advising the Supplier in writing at any time;
The Client may at any time in writing amend his personal information or request the Supplier to delete his personal information
and such deletion or change must be carried out forthwith and in the case of deletion, the Supplier must provide adequate proof
that the personal information has been deleted
The Client furthermore gives my voluntary, specific and informed consent that Pure may send me direct marketing (as defined in the POPI
and the Consumer Protection Act, Act 68 of 2008 (‘the CPA’) subject to the following:





I may at all times to pre-emptively block any communication;
I may at all times request the Supplier to discontinue any form of direct marketing and the cost of communicating such request
will be at the expense of the Supplier;
Any direct marketing must only be communicated to me during the hours authorized in the regulations issued in terms of the
CPA;
The information contained in the communication must only relate to goods or services similar to that which I have purchased
from the Supplier;
Each direct marketing communication must contain a provision giving me a reasonable opportunity to object, ‘free of charge &
in a manner free of unnecessary formality’ to use of my electronic details
