Player Selection Camp
The Team BC Player Selection Camp for the 2011 National Aboriginal Hockey Championships
will be conducted according to the following dates/location:

The Aboriginal Sport, Recreation and Physical Activity Partners Council, through the oversight
and coordination of its Provincial Hockey Committee, will be hosting this two-day Camp to
evaluate and select the province’s top Aboriginal male and female hockey players to represent
British Columbia at the 2011 NAHC, held in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, April 26 – 30, 2011.
Players must meet the following criteria to be eligible to participate in the Camp:
 Male: Bantam and Midget age as of the 2010/11 competitive season (born 1993 to 1997
inclusive)
Female: Bantam and Midget age as of the 2010/11 competitive season (born 1993 to
1997 inclusive) and those born 1991 to 1992 inclusive – the female team can carry 5
overage players
 Resident of British Columbia and of Aboriginal ancestry
 Registered with BC Hockey or another Hockey Canada Branch
(Note: the Camp will be open to age eligible female players that reside in the Yukon)
There will be no fee to attend the Camp, but every player will be required to submit a cheque in
the amount of $180 (payable to the BCAAFC), which is the Team BC Fee. The cheque will only
be cashed if the player is selected to the Team.
The Camp Registration Deadline is 5 pm March 25, 2011. The attached Registration Form
must be submitted by email or faxed to:
