About us:
SpiritHorse Liberty is non-profit therapeutic riding center
which provides private therapeutic riding lessons FREE to people with
disabilities,
children that are victims of abuse, battered women, children who are
terminally ill,
at-risk-youth, and veterans in our "Horses
for Heroes" program.
Our Mission:
To Assist Individuals with Special Needs in Reaching their
full potential through interaction with horses FREE OF CHARGE.
SPONSOR-Horse Initiative:
In order to keep the lessons free for our therapeutic riders, we need some
help.
Our wonderful horses at SpiritHorse Liberty are due for their annual
vaccinations and
seasonal needs checkup. We have 14 active therapeutic horses at any given
moment.
These horses are the backbone of therapy for many youth in our own
community and
surrounding areas. Taking care of our therapeutic providers is important
to
SpiritHorse Liberty and to many who may not have a voice to ask for help.
We are asking you to help us through “sponsor-a-horse” at SpiritHorse
Liberty.
This will help us continue providing riding therapy FREE for our kids and
you will have a part in keeping smiles on our childrens’ faces.
Your sponsorship will go towards the vaccination program, and the general
maintenance
of 1 of our 14 horses used for therapeutic lessons.
This initiative is a positive way to be connected with an established
organization
within our community, stay bonded with a special SpiritHorse friend at our
facility, and
provide a way for individuals and groups to support our organization one horse at a time.
