a. Collaboration Board/Ethics Board Confirmation
i. Collaboration Board nominees—Rachel Moon (Carmichael), Barbara Mrazova (Craige),
Kylie Vaughn (Ehringhaus), Akshar Patel (Granville), Charlie Rocci (Granville),
Shannon Raghunandan (Kenan), Paulina Powierza (Kenan), Sophie Troyer (ME),
Natassja Woods (Morrison), Spencer Ivey (OCUQ)
ii. Cmike moves to approve the nominations
iii. Seconded by Parker
iv. Carmcichael trusts the judgment of exec, move to approve based on their best judgment
v. ME – few concerns regarding having multiple members from 1 community on the board,
having 2 of 1- spots coming from 1 community is a lot
vi. OCLQ – agree but nothing to do at this time. Ask governors who have members on the
board to say something about them
vii. RV – agrees with CMike in trusting the judgement of exec, make a point that the people
who applied for these ppositions are passionate abouut it, says a lot about their character,
dedicated in positions
viii. Executive Treasurer – after collab board makes a recommendation, comes before BOG,
all residents views will be addressed, RHA at large consideration because not from
individual communities, benefits the majority of campusan outside organization would be
helping campus wide
ix. OCLQ – call to question

c. RHA C2C idea
i. First phase would be a community wide program series on a specific country whom
participed in the C2C
ii. Events could include speaking with professors, academic staff, stream movies, food, etc.
iii. mid to late November for the bigger conference collaboration
iv. stage 1 references the international uses of sustainability, engage students who do not
necessarily have a vision or passion for sustainability
v. different professors can tlak within your community to discuss different aspects of
sustainability, applications and so on on an international scale

Distribution Strategies
- Give them out at events, etc.
Method #1-Preorders
 Set up a google form and have people reserve shirts in advance
 Pro- Know exactly how many to order
 Con- Some people will always forget
Method #2- Events!
 Give away t-shirts at CoGo events
Method #3- Single Distribution
 Pick a day and time in the evening and just give out shirts to the first x people
who show up.

 Answer: YES! As long as it is internal
 Will get 10% discount if you deal with Underground Printing, and they put their
logo on it.

i. Report all Pin System completeions to me via text or e-mail, give me contact infor for
both Lt’s if you have more than one, make sure your Lt’s sign up for 1on1’s, program

with 100 and 1. HJ with 130
c. External Affairs
i. Marketing Managers sign up for one-on-ones, let Aja know if you are interested in the
Hollaween event
d. NCC
i. Recognition event, goodie bags for the CD’s for Hollaween, Community Government
member of the month will be selected for the month of Oct., OTM drive will be the month
of Occtober, presentation on how to write OTM’s will be presented at BOG
e. CO-DSP
i. Have meeting time for Sustainability Officers, eco reps training got canceled over the
weekend, special project to be announced at BOG

i. Met with Krista to talk about expanding the edible campus initiative

b. Connor – first CoGo meeting tomorrow, Lt. Gov came to meeting
c. Cobb – Oct. 3rd first event is a sustainability kickoff, Oct. 8th collaborative event, weekly event
on Mondays “Mouthwatering Mondays” Oct 25th collabing for mental health, Hollaween with
RA’s and RHA at large
d. Craige – first meeting last week, first event is Thursday Recycling and Compositing kickoff,
meeting tomorrow for another event, guest is Lt. Gov
e. Ehringhaus – Lt. Gov as proxy, Sunday is coffee with CoGo, next weekend Ehaus field day
event
f. Granville – second but official meeting was Sunday, decided on first event is Saturday, watch
party for the football game, midterm relief events, planning on participating with RHA for
Hollaween
g. HJ – solid week, 85 people came out for popcorn on Sunday night, first meeting on Friday
h. Kenan – first event was Sunday, well received 100-120 people attended
h. ME – third meeting tomorrow, last meeting approved Hollaween proposal, Taco Tuesday
weekly event or big event, CoGo has lots of ideas
i. MW – first meeting last week, went well, cool stuff planned, first event on Monday, ran out,
doughnuts are weekly events, resident came with petition to fix study rooms, maybe doing two
events over the weekend
j. Morrison – Sustanability kickoff went well, second meeting was a success, Tie Dye event is
next Friday, BYOshirt
k. OCLQ – third meeting will be Sunday, need to invite RAM and CD, Sustainability kickoff will
be Saturday from 4-6pm, lug a jug foundation, helping get them volunteers, Athletic Director is
planning a tournament of champions, CoGo is on board with Sonders Market food initiative,
member wanted to tailgate
l. OCUQ – CoGo retreat over the weekend, real life Survivor, first informal meeting , went to
Morrison Composting event and Cmikes BoJo event
m. Parker – went to Cmike, will do RHA Hollaween event, official event will be Thursday,
contacted RA liason to get residents to sign up for FoodInMyHall
n. RV – first weekly/biweekly event on Thurs. and Friday, RV Refil 7:30-9:30, CoGo meetings on
Wed. from 8-9, Lt. Gov attended meeting
o. Advisor – its midterm time, get some sleep and eat a vegetable
