AAA SERVICE
Call the Guest Services office at 206-543-2246 for free roadside assistance in the north and
south stadium lots. Limited service is available for lockout rescue, flat tires and jumpstarts.

ALCOHOL IN HUSKY STADIUM
The University of Washington has a strong tradition of tailgating; guests utilizing University
property for tailgates are subject to, University, city, state and federal rules, policies,
ordinances and laws. We ask that all fans follow these to ensure a safe, fun and memorable
experience.
The sale and consumption of alcohol in Husky Stadium is limited to the following areas:
Club Husky by Lexus, the Don James Center, Luxury Suite Level, Touchdown Terrace, NW
Viewing Deck, & SW Viewing Deck. The legal drinking age in the state of Washington is 21.
Guests will be required to present a valid form of identification upon request. The consumption
of alcohol in Husky Stadium is a privilege and we ask that all fans do so in accordance with the
Husky Stadium Fan Code of Conduct.
ANIMALS
All animals are prohibited from Husky Stadium except for certified service animals or service
animals in training.
APPROVED SPONSORS
Per University Governing Laws (WAC 478-136-030), University grounds and facilities may not
be used for sales, advertising or promotional activity without prior approval. Possessing
Official Vendor passes is necessary to authorize Corporate Sponsors. Contact the Washington
IMG Sports Network at 206-221-3742 for information about marketing activities on game day.
ATM LOCATIONS
ATMs are located near sections 107, 119, 125, 307, 309 and Alaska Airlines Arena.
ASSISTIVE LISTENING DEVICES
Assistive listening devices are available at the Guest Services kiosk location at Sections 121 and
on the north and south upper decks.
BAG INSPECTIONS
All bags will be visually inspected for items not allowed under WAC 478-136-030 prior to
entering and re-entering Husky Stadium. Please refer to Prohibited Items on page 12 for a full
list of items not allowed into Husky Stadium.
BANNERS & SIGNS
Banners and signs are allowed in Husky Stadium as long as they are hand-held and are not
offensive or commercial. In addition, they must not hang from stadium facades, block other fan
viewing or hang from existing signs in the stadium. Signs or flags on sticks or poles are not
permitted.
BIKE VALET
Free bike valet parking is located at Rainier Vista, which connects the Burke Gilman Trail to
Husky Stadium. An attendant will park your bike in a secure location for the duration of the
game. Bike parking opens three hours prior to kickoff and closes one hour after the game ends.

BIRTHDAY OR ANNIVERSARY MESSAGE
Celebrate a birthday or anniversary at a Husky Football game by visiting
GoHuskies.com/experiences by noon the Wednesday before the game. Look for your message
on Husky Hi-Def during halftime. The cost of posting a greeting is $100 and payable with Visa
or Mastercard. Space is limited on a first-come, first-serve policy.
BOAT MOORAGE
See page 21 of the Fan Guide for boat moorage information.
CAMERA POLICY AND ATTACHMENTS
Cameras are allowed in Husky Stadium. Camera attachments, including selfie sticks, tripods and
camcorders are prohibited. All commercial uses of photographs depicting game action are
permitted only through a licensing agreement with collegiate images.
CHILDREN
Children ages two and under get in free as long as they are seated in a lap. If preferred, a parent
may pick-up a wristband for their child at any Guest Services location, which will be used to
identify the seat location of their parent, in case a child is lost. Lost children will be watched for at
the police station, which is located across from
Section 122.
CLOSED CAPTIONING
Closed captioning is located on the north and south ribbon boards on each side of the field at
the 50-yard line.
DADS AND DAUGHTERS
The Husky Dads and Daughters program presented by Magic Toyota provides unique
opportunities for fathers and daughters to spend quality time together while attending various
Husky Women’s sporting events. Create memories, enjoy rare behind the scenes experiences and
share with your daughter the importance of exercise, good sportsmanship and competitive team

DAWG SLEDS
The Dawg Sled program is a service provided for Husky Football fans in need of extra
assistance getting from the parking lots to the stadium entrances. Dawg Sleds are golf carts
that operate along the following routes from the time the gates open until kickoff:
• E1 parking lot to the North and South Entrances
• Waterfront Activities Center to the North and South Entrances
Limited Dawg Sled Service will be provided during the game at the North and South Entrances.
Full Dawg Sled operations will resume following the game. Also review Disabled Patron
Information below for additional assistance programs on gameday.
DISABLED PATRON INFORMATION
The University of Washington is committed to providing equal access, opportunity, and

DUBS CLUB
Dubs would like you to join the most fun and exciting club around! Dubs Club, presented by

ELEVATORS
Elevators are located across from sections 106 and 129 on the main concourse and are only
available to guests with disabilities and fans with seats in Club Husky by Lexus, the Don James
Center, and the Luxury Suites. Elevators provide access to these areas and the upper levels of
the North and South Decks, including the press level.
EMERGENCIES & EVACUATIONS
In the event of a serious emergency, all customer service team members, law enforcement and
fire personnel are available to assist guests. Information on how to proceed will be offered over
the public address system and along the ribbon board (at the 50 yard line on the North and
South Upper Decks).
EXIT & RE-ENTRY
Re-entry is allowed through any stadium entrance. Guests must scan their ticket when exiting
the stadium in order to be allowed re-entry. Upon re-entry, the ticket must be re-scanned and all
bags will be inspected again.
FAMILY RESTROOMS
Private family restrooms with baby changing stations are located near sections 110, 125, 136,
207, 305, 309, and across from Luxury Suite 3.

FIELD ACCESS
Only authorized personnel with proper credentials will be permitted on the field before, during or
after a game. Children under the age of 18 are not allowed on the field.
FIRST AID & MEDICAL OPERATIONS
Medic One personnel are available at each First Aid Station. First Aid Stations are marked by signs
and are located at sections 106, 125, and 135 on the main concourse and sections 311, 331,
and 333 on the upper decks. If there are any anticipated special medical needs by individuals
attending the game, we ask that these be made known to the First Aid Station closest to their
seat location.
FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY
Fans may bring food and beverages into Husky Stadium, including plastic bottles and thermoses.
However, the following items will not be allowed inside: glass bottles, cans, coolers/ice chests,
flasks, and glass containers.
GAME DAY GIVEAWAYS
UW and IMG will have giveaways for select games. Stop by one of the four premium giveaways
tables at select games to pick up your free promotional item while supplies last. They are located
inside Husky Stadium near the Northwest Entrance, West Entrance, Southwest Entrance and The
Zone. Information on game day giveaways will be available prior to each game.
GAME PROGRAMS
The Official Husky Game Day Program is available for $5 (cash only) at various locations around
Husky Stadium. Extra programs will be available for sale after the game at the Husky Authentic
store.

GUEST CODE OF CONDUCT
Husky Athletics has a long standing tradition of providing guests with an experience that is
safe, fun, & memorable. We ask that guests be enthusiastic in their support of our teams, while
upholding our UW Guest Code of Conduct:
1.Exemplify The Washington Way by respecting the game, the teams, the officials, the staff,
and other guests
2.Be considerate of those around you and respect everyone’s right to enjoy the game
3.Refrain from the use of abusive, vulgar, demeaning, or obscene language
4.Do not throw items onto the competition area or cause a disruption of the game
Guests who appear impaired or intoxicated may be denied entry or subject to ejection. Guests
are responsible for their own conduct and must comply with all applicable University, city, state,
and federal rules, policies and laws. Violation of the UW Guest Code of Conduct may result in
seat relocation, ejection, loss of game ticket and/or criminal consequences.
GUEST SERVICES
Guest Services is located across from section 121 on the main concourse and on the North
and South Upper Decks. There are also Guest Services kiosks stationed outside of the stadium.
HUSKY HALL OF FAME
The Husky Hall of Fame is located in the west end of Alaska Airlines Arena. The Hall of Fame
will be open three hours prior to each home game until kick-off.
LOST & FOUND
Check the Husky Stadium Guest Services office across from Section 121 on game day. After
game day, please contact Event Management at [email protected] or call 206-543-2246.
Valuables will be turned over to the UWPD 5 days following a game. UWPD can be reached at
206-543-9369.
POLICE
Police headquarters are located across from Section 122 on the main concourse.
PROHIBITED ITEMS/ACTIONS
Alcohol, animals (service animals are permitted), any artificial noisemakers including
whistles/megaphones/bangers/beach balls/frisbees, camera attachments, including selfie
sticks/tripods/monopods, glass bottles, cans, coolers/ice chests, drones, drugs or illegal
substances, electronic cigarettes/cigars/vaporizers, fireworks/flares/smoke bombs, flags and
signs on sticks, flammable liquids, flasks, glass containers, laser pens/pointers, leaflets not
approved in advance by the Athletic Department, marijuana, pepper spray, skate boards/bikes/
rollerblades, tobacco of any kind, weapons of any kinds, and any items deemed by the
University of Washington staff to be inappropriate or may disrupt other fans’ enjoyment of the
game.
Violators are subject to removal from the stadium and to applicable disciplinary action and/or
legal action.
Stadium personnel have been instructed to enforce these policies in the interest of the comfort
and safety of our patrons. Violators may be subject to removal from the stadium as well as
subject to disciplinary action.

Priority seating in Husky Stadium is reserved for Tyee Members. If you would like more

UMBRELLAS
Umbrellas are permitted in the stadium provided they do not interfere with other guests’
experience at the game.
WHEELCHAIR ASSISTS
Wheelchairs are available to individuals with disabilities at each entrance. A staff member will
transport anyone requiring assistance from the entrance to their seat. Staff is also available
after the game to assist individuals from their seats back to the entrance.
WILL CALL
Public Will Call windows are located in the west end of Husky Stadium and open 3½ hours prior
to each game. Photo identification is required for all ticket pick-ups. The credit card used to
purchase tickets is also required for Ticketmaster Will Call pick-ups.
