THE CASSINA GROUP ADDS THREE NEW AGENTS TO ITS REAL ESTATE TEAM
MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C.—October 19, 2012- The Cassina Group, a leader in the Charleston real estate
market, welcomes three new real estate agents to its team. Garrett Rust, Curry Smoak and Mat Spain
have joined the company’s real estate sales team.

demand from our clients, we knew we needed to expand our real estate team,” said company co-owner
and Broker-in-Charge Robertson Allen. “Each of these agents is uniquely qualified and will be a great

Garrett Rust joins The Cassina Group with over 19 years of real estate experience. Starting her real
estate career in Charlotte, Garrett quickly became one of the city’s top producers with an annual sales
volume averaging $15 million. She moved to Mount Pleasant in 2006. Her years of success in dealing
with everything from luxury real estate to assisting first time home buyers make her a valuable asset to
the company. Garrett was awarded Realtor of Distinction, Presidents Circle by CTAR in 2011.
A lifetime resident of Charleston, Curry Smoak is extremely familiar with the Charleston area and its
surrounding communities. She has been in the real estate business for two years and has consistently
been a top producer.
Mat Spain comes to The Cassina Team from Tennessee. Prior to starting with The Cassina Group, Spain
worked as an internet marketing specialist for a Fortune 500 company and also explored a career in
landscape management.
