LU Tab – This tab is used for the drop down menu, this tab is hidden and should not be altered. This tab is for Government Procurement Service use only. 2. Cover Tab – This tab needs to be completed with the supplier organisation name and confirmation which lots you are bidding in. 3. L1 Traditional Telephony Service Tab - This tab needs to be completed by suppliers that wish to be considered for Lot 1 Traditional Telephony Services. 4. L2 Inbound Service – This tab should be completed by suppliers that wish to be considered for Lot 2 Inbound Services. 5. Bid Summary Results – This tab will be automatically populated with a summary of the results from the two bid tabs and should not be altered. Suppliers will be required to complete: For any lots – All cells that are coloured blue on the Cover tab. For Lot 1 - All cells that are coloured blue on the Lot 1 Traditional Telephony Service tab For Lot 2 - All cells that are coloured blue on the Lot 2 Inbound Service tab. All other cells should be left blank, no tag comments or conditions/comments should be added to any tabs. Cells coloured grey are fixed, these should not be amended and no tag comments should be added. Cells in blue will be open to allow suppliers to enter their bid prices, in the prescribed format. Prices The Bid Sheet prices submitted by the Supplier will become the opening bid price for the Framework Agreement eAuction. The eAuction is split into total basket prices as detailed in the eAuction Rules (a draft of which is available as Attachment 9 of the Procurement Documentation). All prices entered must be inclusive of the Management Charge. All prices entered must represent a legitimate commercial offer for the Services in the wider networks & telecoms marketplace; if the Authority believes that the prices submitted by the Supplier do not represent a legitimate commercial offer for those Services, the Authority reserves the right to require the Supplier to evidence that the prices submitted represent a legitimate commercial offer. In the event that the Supplier is not able to evidence to the Authority’s satisfaction that the prices submitted do represent a legitimate commercial offer, the Supplier may be disqualified from the Procurement. The Bid Sheet pricing submitted by the Supplier with their Tender will represent the maximum allowable line item pricing of the revised Bid Sheets submitted by the Supplier to the Authority on completion of the eAuction. The revised Bid Sheets submitted by the Supplier after the eAuction will represent the maximum allowable line item prices that the Supplier can offer to Customers on any Order placed under the Framework Agreement. Failure to comply with this requirement may lead to suspension or termination from the Framework Agreement. Page | 3 Telephony Services RM1035 – Guide to Completing Maxima Pricing Table Bid Sheet Where line items are aggregate line items (for instance, where the line item on the Bid Sheet represents a number of different call charge types from the Suppliers full call charges catalogue) the maximum price for that aggregate group must be entered by the Supplier. For either the Voice Calls Service or the Inbound Service, the Maximum Charge per Unit must include any set up costs for the call. If the Potential Provider applies a set up charge to a particular call type, this must be clearly identified in their full call tariff catalogue (as attached to any Service Package incorporating these Service elements).
