WEST LOOP FAMILIES MEDIA KIT
West Loop Families (WLF) sponsorships offer businesses the opportunity to connect and network with parents and
businesses from our community and neighboring areas. We help promote your products and services to our members
through Sponsorships by sharing your company information in WLF relevant family-friendly news, on our websites, social
media communications, and at WLF family events and programs. Sponsorship to West Loop Families also gives you the
opportunity to host your own programs and events for our members and families in the general area.
Our target demographic is one of the most prominent purchasing powers, mothers. Over 90% of our members are females,
a mix of stay-at-home and working mothers. Members’ households are made up of single and married families, 10% are
expecting mothers and all have at least one child under 10 years old. By maintaining a strong presence in our community
(since 2009) and developing a personal connection with our family members, we reach out to the people you want as
customers and position our sponsors for maximum exposure.
Businesses and schools can become Business Sponsor Members of West Loop Families. Each available package offers
various benefits. Choose the package that is right for your organization, complete the Business Sponsor Membership Form
below and send it to us by email. We will get in touch with you to finalize your application.
If you prefer sponsoring only specific WLF events, you can sponsor just one – or several. Event-Only Sponsorship rates are
listed below.

Some of Chicago’s most popular Summer Camps gather to offer sample camp offerings to potential campers. This
interactive event will keep children entertained while parents see firsthand how staff connects with the children and the

End of Summer Picnic & Fun

Families with children will gather at a neighborhood park, where children’s activities, music and games will abound.

Halloween Parade
October 2017
One of our most popular events, the WLF Halloween Parade will celebrate its 8th year in the West Loop! Families will gather
at a neighborhood park for a quick parade before trick-or-treating at participating West Loop neighborhood businesses. The
evening will include a holiday themed celebration at an indoor venue in the West Loop neighborhood.

Winter Wonderland

marketed as sponsored. Each guest post is shared on Twitter and appears in our FB blog notices.
Post will run for one (1) month
The cost for a sponsored post is $100 (non-WLF members $150)
