Or are they doing something illegal?” NOTE: We’ll use my interpretation as the “correct” ruling. What’s your ruling? a. The play must be allowed; they are not doing anything illegal. b. The play should not be allowed but not sure why. c. R1 should be called out for leaving the baseline as soon as he gets 3 feet from the line between first and second. d.
