 To support the development of coaches in grassroots football
 To support the delivery of The FA Vision, National Game Strategy (Better players & Workforce enabler)
 To support the delivery of the FA Coaching Strategy
 To promote the FA Future Game philosophy

Person Specification (Key Skills And Experience Required): Essential
Person Specification (Key Skills And Experience Required): Desirable















Minimum Level 2 Licensed Coach
Knowledge and Understanding of FA Youth Award Modules 1 and 2
Understanding of FA LTPD model
Knowledge and understanding of the reflective practitioner
Experience of undertaking a Mentoring role
Minimum of 5 Years experience of coaching in football across a range of
age groups from 5 to 16
Understanding of how a grassroots club operates
Clean driving licence
Modern, progressive approach to coaching and learning
Management and leadership skills
Commitment to the development of excellence and the promotion of
lifelong learning.
Ability to respond to the developmental needs of individual coaches
