Equipment = 2 ladders / XX Bownets / Big bucket of balls / pitching
machine / Lite Flite
Optional Equip = Dog toy thrower/ buckets / whiffles / anything else

Warm Up (20 min)

Dynamic warmups (5 min)
Ladders (5 min)
Cardio - Run to Field 2 home plate & back (5 min)
Warm up arms (Flips, Swivels, Sways, Step-ins, Full throws - 5 min)
WATER BREAK (1-5 min, depending on age division)
Offense - Coaches Choice from Power Line clinics (40 min)
Defense (infield/outfield/catchers)
o Station 1 (hitting)
Fielding
 Coaches choice (fielding)
 WATER BREAK (1-5 min, depending on age division)
 5 v 5 game (15 min)
