JUNE 2016
Global Dairy Trade provides globally recognised market-based reference prices for more than 30 dairy
ingredients products. The GDT Quarterly is an analysis of dairy ingredient products over the three-month
period covering April, May and June 2016 (Quarter 2).

GDT Events. Bidder participation is the number of bidders placing bids in Round 1 of a Trading Event.

higher average rate of
participation per event,
compared with Q1 2016
(all product groups).

The average number of
winning bidders was 3%
lower over this period.

On average, 75% of
Participating Bidders
were successful in
winning product during
this period.

Consistent with

and WMP attracted the

participating bidders,
