Prizes Give participants information about the incentive structure: • How they can earn prizes • When prizes will be awarded • Examples of some of the prizes Activities Give participants information about the Active for Life workshops and activities that will go on during the program. Let them know where they can get more information. Team Captains Introduce all of the team captains and which teams they represent. Ask them to come forward. Along with the team captains, lead the entire group in a fun activity. Highlight management support Ask a management representative to speak – Reinforce the benefits of an active lifestyle. – Reinforce the importance of activity to health. – Highlight previous year’s accomplishments, if available. – Highlight the importance of the program to the company and management’s support of the program. – Share a personal experience with activity, if applicable. Conclude with your choice of a fun activity
