SEU Staff positions are annual appointments which run from August 31st to October 1st of the following year

Coaching responsibilities include scouting, practice and game management, scheduling etc.

Head Coaches are expected to approve or appoint their own Team Staff (Assistant, Team Manager)

Staff Coaches are expected to participate in team assessment programs (evaluations)

Coaches are encouraged to participate in Coaching Clinics provided by SEU

Head Coaches must meet minimum Coaching Level requirements as set out by the Club, WYSA and MSA

All Staff will be expected to work within all guidelines and objectives of the club

Candidates should possess strong written and oral communication skills as well as organizational and
management skills

Playing background is a valuable asset but not a requirement
