Information can be submitted in three forms:
 E-MAIL SUBMISSIONS (Preferable) – submission of information in PDF, JPEG, Microsoft Word or
Microsoft Publisher formats will be accepted. These submissions will be reproduced exactly as they
are received.
 CAMERA READY ARTWORK SUBMISSIONS – The ad has already been set up and is ready to be
scanned for inclusion in the program. Most business cards can be used as long as they can be clearly
scanned.
 WRITTEN SUBMISSIONS— Information should be typed to ensure accuracy. Information
and/or logos that require scanning will be handled in such a way as to provide the best possible
clarity, however, we cannot guarantee results.
For best quality, be sure not to paper clip or staple artwork or business cards to Ad Submission Form.
BUSINESS CARD SUBMISSION – Traditional business cards (usually 2” x 3-1/2”) generally work best in quarter or third
page sizes or larger. Because of their size and shape, they will need to be re-formatted for the eighth or sixth page
sizes we offer. Some content may need to be omitted.
Want to place an ad but need help with designing and formatting it? Our staff is able to do that for you at no
