Study centres applying for approval to deliver examinations at a corporate or satellite venue remain responsible for all aspects of the application, and the subsequent examination arrangements there, together with any associated costs. 4. Applications for examination centre approval should be made in good time, to allow processing and issue of contract to be completed before the closing date for examination entries. 5. Note: a centre visit may be required by CIPS, to confirm the details submitted on this form.
