Each week players will participate in a different form of play. Participants will obtain a greater understanding of the rules,
values, and integrity the game has to offer. League includes: all green fees during league play, a free bucket of balls the day of
the league, and awards and prizes during league play.

Junior Golf Program Waiver:
As a participant in the Tee Time Golf Complex golf program, I recognize and acknowledge that there are certain risks
of physical injury, and I agree to assume full risk of injuries, including death, damages or loss that I or my minor child
may sustain as a result of participating in any activity connected with or associated with such program. I agree to
relinquish all claims I or my minor child may have as a result of participating in the Junior Golf Program against Tee
Time Golf Complex and Scott Culley and its officers, agents, servants and employees. I further agree to indemnify and
hold harmless and defend the Tee Time Golf Complex and Scott Culley and its officers, agents, servants, and
employees from any claims resulting from injuries, including death, damages, and losses sustained by me or my minor
child that arise out of, in connection with, or in any way associated with the activities of this program.

Safety is first –
 Listen to the directions of the instructor(s). Swinging a golf club can be dangerous if you are not paying attention to the
players around you. Only swing when an instructor gives you permission to do so.
 Never move in front of the mats while students are hitting balls. If you need to leave your station for any reason, ask for
the instructor’s permission.
 Be quiet during contests and show respect to other players as they are hitting shots.
 To participate in the junior golf league, child must complete the junior golf camp or get approval by instructional staff.
 Cursing, bullying, or any inappropriate behavior can result in disciplinary action or expulsion from the program.
