Subject: Assessment of Cooperation with Relta s.r.o.
Based on mutual cooperation Škoda Auto a. s. signed a framework contract with Relta s.r.o. for
manufacture of small and medium-sized components for forming tools.
Relta s.r.o. is equipped with human resources and own machinery, including CNC centre. It is engaged in
manufacture of complete range of machine parts, systems, equipment, and accessories for machinebuilding and automotive industry. This also applies to fixtures for CNC centres and their accessories.
As per our findings and experience the company has got big development potential, mainly in specialized
manufacture of cross worktables and fixing systems for metal cutting CNC centres, for its customers
throughout EU.
Relta s.r.o. is one of our suppliers, a partner for manufacture of the above-mentioned components and
forming tools in the Czech Republic. During the existing cooperation it fully meets all required criteria
both in terms of quality according to our most demanding standards incl. ISO 9001 as well as delivery
terms and reliability in solving related issues.
Assessment Conclusion:
Herewith I recommend Relta s.r.o. to cooperating bodies and business partners – manufacturers of
machinery accessories both for light and heavy industry, including automotive industry in the CR and EU.
