IMPORTANT INFORMATION



Team lists will be online 3 days before the 1st league game.
League organizers reserve the right not to grant team placement requests if they are not in the best
interest of the league. Therefore, the league may not be able to accommodate all requests.
Players MUST wear Recreation Oak Bay Hockey League Jerseys. Jerseys will be provided at the
first game of the season. If a player misses the first game, jerseys may be picked up and signed for
at the Reception Desk, at Oak Bay Recreation Centre.
PLAYER SKILL INFORMATION
Please  the HIGHEST level of hockey that you have ever played:
 Pro  Junior/College  Minor Rep Hockey Minor House Hockey  Rec
Please rate yourself  (think about how others would rate you?)
 Weak - New to skating, weak puck control, no positional play knowledge, never scores.
 Moderate – average puck control, weak positional play knowledge, rarely scores.
 Standard -Strong skating & stick handling. Good positioning play. Gets a goal each game.
 Excellent - Excellent skating & can stick handle end to end often. Strong positional play and
scores easily.
