We inform you that Jiu-Jitsu Federation Republic of Srpska and JJK “MINOTAUR” Banja Luka organize the ninth
(IX-i) International Tournament in jiu-jitsu fighting duo-system and ne-waza, "VIDOVDAN 2017" in Jiu - Jitsu
fighting and duo - system for all age categories and in Jiu - Jitsu ne-waza for categories: cadets, juniors and seniors,
on the day 18.06.2017. in Banja Luka, and we invite you to to their presence magnify our competition. Also will be
organized celebration of St.Vid that represents protector Jiu-Jitsu Association of the Republic of Sprska and invite
you to be our dear guests.

the day of the event, at the entrance.
NOTE: The club must pay a registration fee for all registered competitors (Article 11 of
the Competition Rules JJS RS)

The organizer of the contest for all participants in the tournament who want to use
accommodation (athletes, coaches, judges and others) provide accommodation. Due to the
organization of the accommodation we ask all clubs to sign with their competitors for the
tournament, but not later than 06.12.2017. year, inform the organizers of your arrival time and
the
number
of
persons
using
the
accommodation.
Payment of accommodation is made on the spot, ie. upon arrival at the host facility.
Rewards:
Medals and diplomas for individual placement. Trophies for 3 best teams (points to competitors
and clubs JJSRS-a is carried out under the provisions of the Competition Rules JJSRS).

Lining up team and the opening ceremony of the competition (address of the
organizer , officials JJSRS et al., Cultural program).
Lunch for officials. Formal lunch for team leaders and celebration of St.Vid
the protector of JJFRS.
Continued competition finals , awarding medals and diplomas in certain
categories where the competition is completed
End of the competition day
JUDGES:
Clubs competition participants are required to register at least one judge outside the club with a valid judicial license.
Clubs that do not have a judge shall, at the expense of the organizers pay the "judicial tax - penalty" amounting to
75,oo Euros, on account of technical organizer. President JJFRS Refereeing Commission will make the selection of
judges reported, judges and determine who will judge the competition eight days before the start of competition
(Article 12 of the Rules of the competition ORGANISATION JJS RS). Clubs competition participants will be
informed on the official list of judges, and will be published on the website of the Alliance. The application judge sent
to the mail address of the host (the organizers) tournaments with the Entry [email protected]. For the judges
will be paid salaries according to price list Jiu-jitsu JJFRS.
COACHES - Team leader:
Representatives of the participating clubs of the competition, said the application for the competition (coach or
manager) to when registering teams and payment (presentation of evidence of payment of the registration fee)
delegates from the competition to obtain accreditation for the team leaders. Entrance to the arena during the
competition will be allowed only competitors who have to struggle (in kimonos) and team (sports equipment - a track
suit and sneakers), who have the prominent place the accreditation.
MISCELLANEOUS:
 The competition will be allowed only for contestants who have evidence of paid tax competition to Ju-jitsu
Association of the Republic of Srpska (stamped passport competition), and the contestants who come from
other countries and are permanent members of their parent Federations.
 Team leaders are required to have proof of payment of insurance and medical certificates for registered
athletes no older than 6 months.
 For athletes who have signed up to the deadline, the club must pay the fee regardless of whether the athlete
competes or not.
 The organizer is not liable for personal injury, loss or damage of property of competitors and teams which
might arise in participating or traveling to the tournament.
 We are asking team leaders to adhere to the above schedule of the competition and to ensure the timely
performance of athletes in the battle.
 Clubs are required to provide the required safety equipment, and blue and red belt for its competitors.
 The competition has no limitations in regard to the registration of competitors for specific category, clubs in
the same weight and age category may apply more competitors that meet this category. Also, a competitor
may be reported in two of the same weight but different age categories eg. junior-and senior -77kg 77kg or 95kg junior and senior-94kg. A contestant from one age categories cannot apply for the lower age category
for example senior to junior.
 A competitor may compete in the fighting, duo system and Ne-waza.

Duo i Duo-mix:
1. Debutants- two technique of free choice from the “A” and “B” series (the list of
attacks of JJIF),
2. Pioneers - two techniques of free choice from the “A”, “B” and “C” (the list of
attacks of JJIF),
3. Hopes - three techniques of free choice from the “A”, “B” and “C” (the list of
attacks of JJIF),
4. Cadets, juniors and seniors perform four series of attacks by the list of JJIF.
Other:
1. Two third places (for fighting and duo system).
2. Approved weigth tolerance is 1 kg for debutantes and pioneers. For the categories hopes
cadets, juniors and seniors, there is no wieght tolerance (it is 0.00 kg)
