Bridges to the Heart is a Non-Profit Organization created to aid in the restoration of relationships that have been
broken within our society. There are many gaps in our society that are generally overlooked and we want to make a
difference in this restorative process. We believe that every gap deserves a bridge and that through interaction,
education, support and social activities we can form these Bridges to the Heart.

events for Adventist Youths. We can assist you with fund raisers, charity
events, evangelistic meetings and other social events. We aim to bring back
the days when AY programs and other youth events were the first choice for our
youth.

Investiture
Youth Alive is an Evangelistic unit organized by Seventh-day Adventist youth who were challenged by their religious
leaders to be a part of the force for positive change in their country. This challenge came in 2003 at a “Trailblazers”
camp for youth hosted by the Caribbean Union Conference. The concept of “Youth Alive” from the GC Health
Department was merged with the Implementation Plan of the National Youth Policy of Trinidad and Tobago to
create the concept for ministry to “at-risk” youth.
Youth Alive is registered as an NGO in various Ministries and Networks throughout Trinidad and Tobago and has
hosted numerous projects to date including: Youth Empowerment Workshops on Lifestyle Choices, HIV/AIDS
Awareness and Drug Abuse seminars, Health Fairs and many more. Ongoing projects include: the School Drug
Prevention Initiative and an Annual Peer Counsellors’ Course. Youth Alive, who upholds the notion of gift-based
ministry, continues to champion their motto that "Building Strong Youth Today Avoids Repairing Adults
Tomorrow". They can be reached at:

counselling and support to substance abused
persons and their families.

Golden Eagle is a SDA based organization providing activities for primarily
Christian youth which are in keeping with SDA beliefs and principles. These
activities are facilitated through its social arm - Golden Eagle Events which is
responsible for events such as Praise Break, The Final Generation Concert
Series and Flight while its sporting arm - Golden League hosts an annual
Indoor Football Tournament among other events.
