How an Organization Can Win in the 150 Days of Giving
First Tennessee will be 150 years old on March 25. To celebrate our long tradition of serving our communities, the First
Tennessee Foundation will give away $5,000 to a different nonprofit every day for 150 days. We call it our 150 Days of
Giving. The giving starts on First Tennessee’s 150th birthday, March 25, 2014. Here’s what you need to know:

Eligible organizations are those the First Tennessee Foundation has supported since 2008 through a direct grant
or a matching gift for one of our employees. More than 1,000 nonprofits are eligible for the 150 Days of Giving.
150 Days of Giving winners will be determined by voting that will open March 10 – 15 days before First
Tennessee’s 150th anniversary on March 25 – at www.150DaysofGiving.com.
Votes will continue to count throughout the 150 Days of Giving.
On March 25 at midnight we’ll select our first winner. And the winning will continue for 150 days.
Winners will be determined by the organization that receives the highest number of cumulative votes by
midnight of each day.
Organizations must meet the First Tennessee Foundation guidelines to be eligible to win in the 150 Days of
Giving.
Each organization can win once during the 150 Days of Giving. The website will indicate which organizations
have won, and those organizations will no longer be eligible for voting.
Once voting begins, anyone can vote for up to 10 different nonprofit organizations each day, from each device.
You won’t have to register to vote, and people with more than one device can vote from each device once per
day.
