[This document is the template to be filled corresponding to the "Graphics" format. However, this template
can also be used by those authors whose format is "Action" or "Others".
The work will consist of one or more graphics documents in a free printed format and may occupy
a maximum size of 2m2, plus a text document of a maximum of 1,000 words explaining the work
and up to 6 images for the publication.
For the development of the graphical document, the only condition is to contain the same header with the
logo of the Congress in size 15x15cm. The graphics will be provided printed by their authors to the
Congress.
For the development of the text document, the authors will have a maximum of 4 pages with a maximum of
1,000 words to explain the Graphic and up to 6 images.
To
complete
this
document,
you
must
follow
the
instructions
below:
All authors must select one of the three format options that are shown in the heading of the document
(GRAPHICS/ ACTIONS/ OTHERS/), putting the type of format chosen in bold. The summary of up to 100
words will be completed in this same space, in two languages, Spanish and English. It will be edited
respecting the format characteristics of the same file indicated in brackets, without bold, only "quotation
marks" or italic. The images will be added in the desired position of the text and size following the page
margins. The paper format must be respected, DIN A4 Vertical. The upper and lower margins of the text
page will be 2.5cm and the right and left margins of 3cm. The font will always be Arial and the size of
letters in each section is indicated in brackets in each one of them. The font size for this summary will be 9,
with exact spacing 1.0 and complete justification. If there are several authors, their "Surname, Name" will
be separated by semicolons (;) as well as each group of data of "Country, City, Institution, Department,
Center, E-mail". If there are notes to the text, they will be included at the end of the text, and before the
references, if you choose to provide any, with single line spacing, indentation, and numbered from 1.
Following the Harvard style for notes and bibliography (listed some examples on this template). The
number of words used in such notes and bibliography will not be counted within 1000 words of maximum
extension.]
The images will be numbered consecutively and shall have an image caption; They must be sent in a
JPEG or TIFF format and have a resolution of 300 pixel per inch (ppp) minimum, in the size that the author
wants the images to be published. A brief biographical note of the author/s should be included at the end of
the text.
