WESTLAKE INVITATIONAL SOCCER TOURNAMENT (WIST)
Guest Player Roster
INSTRUCTIONS: Bring two (2) copies of this completed form to WIST registration.
Take a moment to carefully review all the instructions in advance of the tournament. We want everyone
to participate, but must ensure all players hold valid passes without exception.
The WIST permits the use of up to four (4) guest players for U8 – U12, 6 guest players are permitted for
U13 – High School. Enter the required information on the blanks provided. Bring two copies to
registration. On the tournament and/or league roster, draw a line through the player(s) being replaced
(if applicable). Do not exceed the maximum number of permitted WIST players. The maximum number
of players permitted on each tournament roster are:
10 Players for U8
12 players for U9 & U10 teams
14 players for U11 through U12 teams
18 players for U13 and older teams.
Guest players must use their player pass from their league. The player pass must be a valid current year
pass. The information on the pass must match the information provided on this form. USYSA teams
must only use USYSA guest players, not US Club. No mixing. US Club teams must only use US Club guest
players, not USYSA. No mixing Ohio North, or your state association, has the ability to provide
temporary tournament passes. Contact your state registrar for further information how to obtain
temporary tournament passes. Non Ohio-North USYSA teams who are traveling to the WIST must first
obtain a team permission to travel. In addition, they must obtain specific permission to travel for any
non-rostered guest players. Contact your specific state registrar for complete information.
