Data Privacy Statement for competitors (in the following: „Applicant”) applying Smart P@d Idea
Competition announced by T-Systems Hungary Zrt. (Postal address: 1117 Budapest, Budafoki street
56., E-mail address: [email protected], Phone number: 1400, https://www.tsystems.hu/) (In the following: „Data Controller”).
1. Affected personal data
Data Controller controls the following data of Applicants in order to indentify:
(1) Applicant’s natural personal identification data: first- and last name
(2) Applicant’s e-mail address provided during Registration
(3) Applicant’s address, postal address
(4) Applicant’s phone number
(5) Voluntarily given personal data, e.g.: job, post, interests), and other data.
(6) On the website Data Controller might ask for other personal data for certain activities,
(e.g.: place and time or birth), but it is voluntary to provide these data, and Data Controller
only uses it for the marked purpose and activity, and only for the required period of time.
This statement is valid for the control of these data as well.
2. Duration of data management
The duration of data management is 1 year from submitting the Application.
3. Purpose of data management
The purpose of data management is to indentify applicants and to contact them about the
enjudgement of applications and the announcement of results. If the applicant provides other
data of him/her in addition to his/her name, e-mail address, postal address and phone number
while carrying out activities on the website, the website informs the applicant about the
purpose of managing his/her data.
4. Withdrawal of personal data (application)
Data Controller deletes personal data of Applicant is he/she asks for it. Applicant can ask for
deleting his/her personal data on the Website or can send an e-mail to Data Controller to the
given e-mail address. Based on the Applicant’s own decision and request, Data Controller
deletes data in thirty (30) days from receiving Applicant’s request. Applicant resigns from
every right to take part in activities related to Registration with the withdrawal of his/her
contribution to manage his/her personal data, and with his/her request to delete them. Deleting
is free of charge in every case.
If the Applicant asks for it, or it is presumable that erasure could affect the legitimate interests
of the applicant, Data Controller can block personal data instead of deleting it. Data Controller
only manages blocked personal data as long as the data managing purpose exists, which
excluded the erasure of personal data.
5. Declaration about exclusive copyright of application content
Applicant owns exclusive copyrights of application content. Data Controller does not spread
the content of Application, and only duplicates it with the permission of the Applicant. Data
Controller does not sell, hire out, lease, or forward to a third party the Application or any part
of it, and does not publish or showcase it on other servers and internet-based devices until the
closing of competition. Data Controller releases winner Applications at the announcement of
results.
6. Statement about the acknowledgement of the above when submitting the Application
Applicant accepts and agrees data security statements drafted above, when submitting the
Application. Applicant contributes to Data Controller managing his/her data, and publishing
his/her name in case of winning. According to the act no. CXII. of 2011 about information
autonomy and information freedom, by applying to the Competition the Applicant gives his
permission equals to a written consent for handling and processing his data as it is described in
this Regulation.
Providing data is voluntary. Data cannot be hand over to a third party without preliminary
informing data proprietor and asking for his/her permission.
